We were offered this condo from a friend who picked it up at a last minute auction. Having toured the outside of the property earlier that week and being impressed with the community, beautiful city views and incredible landscape, I grabbed it up immediately. We added a wall in the kitchen, took out a dropped ceiling, added new paint, trim and base and flooring. We updated three bathrooms and the kitchen and found a beautiful mantel that we painted and distressed for the fireplace. We added a “German Schmear” on the original brick wall in the dining area to lighten up the room. We added new lighting, updated an electrical panel, staged the property and we were ready to show!
