Renton – 3 Bed, 2 Bath Condo

Property Description

Having not seen the property prior to purchase, we walked in to missing drywall, bathrooms down to the studs, toilets and bathtubs in the bedrooms and the bathroom sink on the back patio. We took a deep breath and went to work. We took out the kitchen wall separating the kitchen and living room to create an open concept living area. We dem0-ed, hung drywall, installed new bathtubs,  sinks, toilets, fixtures, cabinets and granite countertops throughout. We added new laminate flooring, carpet and sheet vinyl.  We painted the walls and provided an accent color to the rustic ceiling beams. We upgraded the fireplace with a vintage fireplace mantel. We added new lighting including an accent light made from repurposed metal rings from a whiskey barrel. We added outdoor planters and furniture and after staging, it was ready to show.
